Moutushi Partho, Badsha Bulbul to pay tribute to Khan Ata.

Popular Bangladeshi singer Moutushi Partho and Badsha Bulbul will render songs on RTV’s musical show ‘Music Station’ to pay tribute to noted director, actor, lyricist, music composer and producer Khan Ataur Rahman (Khan Ata) on the occasion of his 18th death anniversary.

December 1 was his death anniversary while December 11 is also his birth anniversary. To pay tribute to Khan Ata for these two days, RTV has organised a special musical programme where songs of Khan Ata’s films and several other songs that were rendered by him in Bangladesh Betar will be presented by Moutushi Partho and Badsha Bulbul. They will be seen performing live at Music Station tonight on RTV at 11:20pm.

Badsha Bulbul said in this regard, “May Allah grant his soul eternal peace. Today I will try to give the pleasure to the audience by singing the songs that were rendered, composed and written by him.”

Moutushi Partho said, “Even though we are well prepared today, it is difficult to enthrall the audience by rendering his songs. But we will try our best.”

It may be mentioned that Moutushi recently enthralled the Canadian audience at the ‘Bangla Festival’ held in Toronto, Canada. After her performance, for her contribution to the music scene, she was also honoured with an award.

On the other hand, Badsha Bulbul has 13 solo albums in the market, among those, the fourth album ‘Se Jeno Chiro Sukhi Hoy’ earned the huge audience appreciation.
